I can’t recommend the team highly enough! I had a difficult clearance in terms of the volume and variety of items that the tenants had left behind. Roy checked out everything in advance and gave very clear details on fees, how it might change if extra items had to be taken and did everything amazingly quickly, with phots before during and after. There’s also a full environmental breakdown of how things are disposed of, and they’ll give as much as possible to charities so things can be reused by people who need them, rather than just adding more to landfill. Give them a call!

I highly recommend Chelmsford House Clearances. Roy and his team recently cleared a property that we rent and I was very impressed with the service. Roy is very professional and takes a lot of care, particularly when discussing the job and what is to be left and what to be removed. We live far away from the property and were able to be at the house for the quote but could not be there to see the finished job. This was not a problem- Roy took lots of photos for us and sent them over as soon as the clearance was completed. It was a relief to leave the house in safe hands and saved us A LOT of work!
